The Sequim Irrigation Festival is happy to announce that our annual Kick-Off Dinner, Auction, and Float Roll-Out is scheduled for Saturday April 3, 2021. This event marks the start of the Sequim Irrigation Festival; Washington state’s longest, oldest, continuing running festival. This year celebrating our 126th year! An amazing dinner will once again be provided by Seven Cedars. Dinner tickets are still just $75 which will includes an exceptional prime rib dinner with all the trimmings including dessert, available for pick up on April 3rd. This will be your first opportunity to meet the new 2021 royal court and to see the new float! In our continuing effort to keep our community safe, your delicious meal will be placed in your vehicle and then you can return home and log on to check out all of the auction items and get ready for the fun to begin with the virtual ‘LIVE” auction on your TV, computer, tablet, phone, or other connected devices.
Access to view the auction items will open the week prior to the event, giving you time to make your plans to make your bids the night of April 3rd. During the live auction you will be able to bid on fantastic products, gift baskets, and of course, the commemorative festival pins. You will even have a chance to bid to help “Fund-the-Float! Anyone can tune into the auction and register to bid on all of the auction items. We will be posting this site information soon, and this will also be where you can purchase your dinner tickets.
Last year’s event was a major success, and the continued success of our hometown festival cannot happen without the ongoing support of our community and the people that attend, participate in the auction, and provide the amazing items through their generous donations.
