Dulce’s mom is Margarita Villegas and she has a sister named Paola. Her favorite subjects in school are music and PE. Her favorite hobbies include learning American Sign Language, drawing, jumping on her trampoline and going to the beach. Dulce is in acrobatics, and wants to be a dance teacher when she grows up.
Essay:
Hello! My name is Dulce Maria Villegas. I am 9 years old. I was born in Port Angeles, but I have lived in Sequim my entire life, and I love my town. One of the best parts is the Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge. It is very nice and fun to walk by the ocean. Also, they have a recreation area where my mom, my sister and I go in the summer to have a picnic. Another of my favorites is the Dungeness River Center. I’m really happy to go with my classmates. We find baby frogs and cool rocks. Also, in December I went walking on the bridge with my sister to see the Christmas lights. Another nice place and I really love is Port Williams because it is very close to my house and my friends and I go there often in the summer. We love walking around the beach.
