Kickoff Dinner & Auction

The annual Kickoff Dinner & Auction is the primary fundraising event for the Sequim Irrigation Festival. Proceeds help fund scholarships for the Royalty Ambassador Court, support the many free and family-friendly events held during the two weeks of the Festival, and cover additional expenses as we celebrate tradition and represent our city at parades and events throughout the state. Like all Sequim Irrigation Festival events, the Kickoff Dinner & Auction is planned and produced entirely by dedicated volunteers.


The Sequim Irrigation Festival Kickoff Dinner & Auction will be held on March 21, with doors opening at 4:00 p.m. The float unveiling will take place at 4:15 p.m. at 7 Cedars Casino & Hotel  at the hotel entrance. The float rollout is free and open to the public.

How to Take Part in THE KICKOFF DINNER & AUCTION

  • Get tickets (or reserve a table) and come ready to have fun or register to bid online(coming soon)
  • Bid three ways:
  • Silent Auction (in person) – browse items and write in your bid.
  • Online Auction– bid from your phone (even if you’re not attending).
  • Live Auction – raise your bidder number when you want an item.
  • Watch the closing time for silent/online bidding—last-minute bids happen fast.
  • Checkout + pick up your winning items after the auction.
