I live in a beautiful place called Sequim, Washington. I will tell you about two of my favorite places that I like to visit in Sequim: The Dungeness River and Voice of America campground.
The Dungeness River is one of my favorite places because it is a very beautiful place and a great place to walk in the fresh air. Another reason why I like the river is it is very fun to swim in when it’s summer time.
Voice of America campground is one of my favorite places because it has an amazing view of the horizon and the ocean. The second reason I like Voice of America is it’s a place where my family can be together and have a good time!
So as you can see Sequim is a beautiful place to “Rome”, it has endless places to go and wonders to be found.

You don’t have to go far to roam beautiful places. Some of my favorite places are right in my backyard. We are lucky that in Sequim we have the mountains and the ocean really close. I like to ride my bike down to the river. On my way there I see friendly neighbors, beautiful gardens, and sometimes get to see the big bald eagle in his tree by the trail. Where else can you see purple lavender farms, Oreo cows, and eat yummy berries on a summer day? Sequim Washington is the best place to live!

My favorite things to “Rome” in Sequim are going on a bike ride through the Olympic Discovery trail, into Railroad Bridge Park with my mom. Afterwards, we like to eat some yummy froyo at Sweet Spot. Then we’d go pick out some candles from Full Moon Candle! I love going to the beach at Sequim Bay, we live next to the water! We go down and find so many treasures. My dad is a fisherman; he leaves from John Wayne Marina. We go on his boat, and catch crab and shrimp! These are all of my favorite things about Sequim.

Where are your favorite places to “Rome”?
There are three places I love to “Rome” in Sequim. One place is Carrie Blake Park. I play soccer with my friends there, wearing colorful socks, feeling the breeze on my face, and passing the ball to my teammates. Another place I “Rome” is John Wayne Marina, I can watch the sunset while I explore the beach and smell the ocean air. Lastly, I love to “Rome” Hellen Haller Elementary. I love my teachers and learning new things. But also, because my dad also “Romed” the same school 35 years ago. Sequim is a great city, I love living here.
