The Sequim Irrigation Festival is an all volunteer organization and as such we rely on people like Karla to provide support for organizing the festival as well as helping with day of activities. Karla Williams began her journey with the festival in 1996 as princess for the 101st Sequim Irrigation Festival. She is now on the executive board as our secretary and is also the organizer of the Past Royalty Luncheon and Junior Royalty, and is the Festival Historian.
