Stephen and Kim Rosales moved to Sequim with their children, Elizabeth; in her senior year at Western Washington University and Ashley; in her Junior year at UW-Seattle, in 2005. Since that time they have devoted their lives to their children and helping to make Sequim a great place to raise a family. There isn’t much in the way of community service that they haven’t touched, between the two of them. The different organizations that they have been involved in are: Sequim Food Bank, Boys & Girls Club-Sequim and Port Angeles, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Greywolf PTA, Sequim Family Advocates-Haller Play fields and Dungeness Cup, Sequim Irrigation Festival, Sequim Lavender Festival, Sequim Little League Boys Baseball and Girls Softball, Sequim Wolfpack, Sequim Middle School, Sequim High School, Sequim Chamber of Commerce, Sequim Girl and Boy Scouts, numerous Sequim High school graduation parties, Sequim VIPs, Parenting Matters-Breakfast with Santa, Sequim Air Affaire, Sunday School teacher at DCC, SISD Parent Advisory Group and Sequim Chamber of Commerce board.
Awards of recognition since arriving in Sequim: Clallam County Community Service Award (Kim 2018 and Stephen 2011). Sequim Relators Association Citizen of the Year for 2009 and 2013! Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year 2007.
