Seafair Parade Awards

Congratulations are in order for the Irrigation Festival Float Committee and the royalty. We won the Workmanship Award at the 2010 Seafair Parade held on Saturday, July 31st.

Design the 2011 Logo!

Your opportunity is now here to design the logo for the 116th Sequim Irrigation Festival. You have until August 27th to get your design completed and sent to the Festival Logo Contest committee.

A carousel concept combined with the sweetness of life will be used to depict the theme of "One Hundred and Sweet Sixteen".

For the last few years the Irrigation Festival has been holding a contest for the design of the logo for the next year's festival. The entries for these designs have been creative, diverse and spectacular. While that has made it difficult to select the winning logo, it has meant that we have had a logo that is outstanding as it represents that year's theme.

The selected logo will be used for the collectible festival lapel pins, posters, programs, advertising, festival events, t-shirts and more. Full rules, prizes and additional concept information are available on the 2011 Design Contest Page.

The rules and guidelines for entering the contest can be downloaded as well.

Planning for 116th Started

"One Hundred and Sweet Sixteen" is the theme for the 2011 festival. More details about the concept that will be used for the float and events will be announced with the start of the Logo Design contest in starting in mid-July. Watch for more details here.
